1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. After undergoing a kidne surgery on February 3, 2015 from Defendant B, a doctor working for Defendant E University Hospital, the Plaintiff was under the surgery from Defendant B and Defendant C by February 6, 2015.

B. On February 5, 2015, the Plaintiff filed an appeal against the Lee Jin-jin on the well, at around 02:30, and the Defendant B planned a compromise.
