A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny Defendant and C, with the same university literature, gathered to steals things by taking advantage of the gaps in which the surveillance of store managers was neglected in the burial of clothes, shoes, or musical burials.

The Defendant and C, around 20:00 on September 19, 2015, in F managed by the Victim E located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and C, while having stolen goods by the Defendant, such as taking the victim’s attitude into consideration, the Defendant: (a) reported the network; (b) the Defendant: (c) placed one of the team burners in the display stand and one of the line bus stops with a total amount of KRW 258,000 at the market price of KRW 47,000 in the display stand; and (d) stolen goods equivalent to the total amount of KRW 1,089,000 in the same way five times from August 2015 to September 19, 2015, as indicated in the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant, together with C, stolen another’s property.

2. Larceny;

A. On August 2015, the Defendant used a gap in which the victim I’s surveillance was neglected in the victim I’s room located in G in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul at around 19:00, the date of August 2015, and stolen two leathers equivalent to KRW 4,900 on the market price above the store.

B. At around 19:00 on August 2015, the Defendant: (a) used a gap in which surveillance of the Victim L was neglected in the K store located in the Jung-gu Seoul Central District Court on the date of August 2015; (b) carried with the Defendant 12,00 won of the market price on the display stand; and (c) stolen it.

At around 19:00 on September 2015, the Defendant, at N2 N2, located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, with a single victim-O's market price, and stolen it.
