C On August 21, 2014, after having been sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Goyang Branch of the District Court, C was exempted from the remaining term of imprisonment due to special amnesty on August 15, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Defendant A, B, and C’s joint crime - The fraud Defendants agreed to commit the act of fraud of trading goods via the Internet at the home of Defendant A, located in F on April 2016 at the time of strike.
