A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (violation of public places for sexual purposes) shall intrude into any toilet, bath, bath, or launching room, breast-feeding facility, sloping room, etc. used by many and unspecified persons, or refuse to comply with a request for eviction from the same place with intent to satisfy his/her sexual desire;

Nevertheless, on August 13, 2017, the Defendant entered and intruded into a public toilet with a view to photographing a large number of unspecified women using the above toilets in the Da basin public toilets located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, for a total of four times from around that time to August 20, 2017, as shown in [Attachment Table 13, 18, 19, and 23 [Attachment Table].

2. On July 30, 2017, the Defendant invadedd a structure with a view to photographing the body of an unspecified number of women using the said toilets in G building toilets managed by the victim F in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, for a total of 11 times from around July 30, 2017, including rupture 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 11, 16, 22, 22, and 26, as shown in the attached crime sight table, and intruded into a structure managed by others for the purpose of photographing the body of women against their will.

3. No person shall take photographs of another person's body, which may cause any sexual humiliation or sense of shame, using a camera or any other machine equipped with similar functions, against the latter's will, or distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly exhibit or show the photographs thereof;

Nevertheless, the Defendant entered a female toilet in G building, such as the date, time, place, and place described in paragraph 2, into a female toilet in G building.
