A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 5, 2017, the Defendant intruded into a female toilet more than twice from the day to October 3, 2017, as indicated in [Attachment Table 1 and 2] from around the day to October 3, 2017, in a female toilet with the victim’s name and influenite management in the second floor of the building B in the front city, the victim’s name and influenite management, and in order to take the women who are considered to be melted, the Defendant invadedd into a female toilet on two occasions, as described in [Attachment Table 1 and 2].
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the above female toilets managed by the victims of the false name.
2. On March 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) infringed on women’s toilets on two-storys in Yansan-gu B building in front city, by taking a female studio in front city with a view to meeting his/her sexual desire, and by taking a melting female strings into the said female toilets used by an unspecified number of people for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire, and infringed on women’s toilets on two occasions from the above day to June 10, 2018, as indicated in Tables 3 and 4 of the List of Crimes.
Accordingly, the defendant invadeds twice on women's toilets used by many unspecified persons for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire.
3. Around April 20:23, 2017, the Defendant taken pictures of the body of the victims who reported urines in a female toilet located in the second floor of the Yansan-gu B building in the front city of 20:23 on April 5, 2017, with the space between the victim C (n, 26 years of age) and the victim C (n, the age of 26) viewed urines from the front partitions, in light of the above underline, the victim’s smartphones installed with a Kamera in the front section was cut off, and the victim’s body was cut off from the above day to June 10, 2018, as shown in the list of crimes attached hereto.
Accordingly, the defendant uses a camera to cause sexual humiliation or shame to another person.
