A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 10, 2020, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Entry into a public place for sexual purpose) made the first floor of the building located in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, 2020, and reported women's toilets with the entrance open, and women's toilets were used to see the above women's toilets after observing the sex and surrounding circumstances, coming out of the above women's toilets, and entered the above women's toilets at the time of locking. On the same day, around 21:51, the Defendant came to the above women's toilets for about 55 minutes, and at around 21:51 on the same day, four women, who are not named in the name of women entering the above women's toilets, are using the side bine.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on public use places such as toilets with a view to meeting sexual desire.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) and, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, used the Defendant’s opphone8 mobile phone camera in a name-free female victim using the Defendant’s opphone8 mobile phone camera, and taken a brue video screen to the effect that four female victims were suffering,

Accordingly, the defendant taken each victim's body against the victims' will to cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.
