1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on March 18, 2019 is limited to the Plaintiff’s automobile indicated in the attached list.

The fact that the Plaintiff purchased a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet and decided to title trust to the Defendant, and completed the registration for transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant is deemed to have led to the confession by the Defendant. The fact that the purport of the claim and the copy of the application for change of cause, as of March 8, 2019, stating the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to terminate the title trust regarding the said motor vehicle, were served on the Defendant on March 18, 2019 is apparent in the record.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration based on the termination of title trust with respect to the above automobile to the plaintiff.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
