1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on November 27, 2014 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. Indication of claim;

A. A. Around June 2009, the Defendant: (a) reverted the Plaintiff the name of the vehicle owned to the Plaintiff externally; and (b) entered into a title trust agreement with the Defendant to manage and operate the vehicle externally.

B. As the Plaintiff terminated the above title trust agreement through the service of a duplicate of the instant complaint, the Defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure on November 27, 2014, which is the date of service of a duplicate of the instant complaint on the motor vehicle indicated in the separate sheet, from the Plaintiff.
