Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall place an indication of eco-friendly agricultural product or any similar indication on an agricultural product that is not a certified product.

Nevertheless, on February 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) packaged 1kg plastic packaging 30 plastic packagings, which was not certified at the Gyeongsan City, which was operated by the Defendant; and (b) sold the eco-friendly agricultural product display Sticks.
