A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant, who had been living in the vicinity of the Busan Station, was asked to take jobs from two male in the name of the Defendant (one "C", "D"), and was enrolled in Daegu with the above wounded.

Accordingly, the defendant presented his resident registration certificate of E, which is a forged official document, as if he were issued a genuinely, in collusion with the above false name boxes.

B. On April 29, 2014, the Defendant filed an application for a mobile phone entry in the F’s name in the KK located in the Daegu North-gu JJ on April 29, 2014, and presented the F’s resident registration certificate, which is a forged public document, to L who is the above mobile phone sales agency.

Accordingly, the Defendant presented the F’s resident registration certificate, which is a forged official document, as if he were issued a genuinely, in collusion with the above false name boxes.

2. On April 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received such proposals from the unsworn winners; and (b) around 12:50 on April 28, 2014, on the column of the subscriber to the application for membership kept at the H mobile phone sales agency located in Daegu-gu G, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu; (c) “E”; (d) “M in the column of resident registration; and (d) the Bank.”
