Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

On June 12, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a B low-water vehicle with approximately KRW 100,00, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.068%, at the entrance of the Mancuk 2 tunnel located in the east-gu, Busan.
