On June 27, 2011, at least 03:40 on June 27, 201, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.054% from the 10km direction from the letotosp road in the letotosp (U.S.) Sinan-gun (U.S.) to the front road in the same Sindong-gu hot spring 2nd.
