On May 25, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.170% of blood alcohol concentration on May 23:44, 2014, and was driving B business cars at a section of about 2Km from the back of the department store located in the Busan East-gu hot spring dong, Busan to the entrance of the 2K-2K tunnel located in the same Dong.
