If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2013, at around 00:44, the Defendant driven a B vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.168 percent with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.168 percent, and operated approximately 300 meters in front of the “Madro 2 tunnel” way in the same Dong located in the Busan East-gu Hot Spring Port.
