A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

"2018 Highest 810"

1. On February 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 01:30, the victim D’s “Esing room” in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, the Dong-gu, and the second floor; (b) was aware that the victim had no intent or ability to pay liquor, and was paid normally to the victim; (c) deceiving the victim; and (d) received two services from the victim; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 440,000 from the victim.

2. On the same day, the Defendant: (a) received a request for presentation of an identification card from G during the region belonging to the Busan East Police Station, the Busan East Police Station, which was called upon at the instant singing room on the same day; (b) exercised the official document by presenting the first class ordinary driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner General of the Busan National Police Agency, which was a public document carrying several times to conceal the fact, as if the Defendant were the driver’s license of the Defendant; and (c) exercised the official document.

3. Around 05:50 on the same day, the Defendant forged the H’s signature by stating “H” in the column for the confirmation of a certificate of arrest of flagrant offenders in order to conceal the fact that a flagrant offender was arrested at the F District Office of the Busan Dong Police Station located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, the same day, and the Defendant exercised the F District Office of the Busan Dong-dong Police Station that may not be aware of the fact, by issuing the confirmation letter as described above to G of the F District of the F District of the Busan Dong-dong Police Station as genuine.

1. On May 28, 2017, from around 00:30 to around 03:30 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) connected LPC room 72 in Suwon-gu, Busan; (b) deposited KRW 100,00 to the Saemaul Treasury account, an illegal Internet gambling site; and (c) deposited KRW 100,00 in the said site account; and (d) received two copies of the card and carried out gambling by a person who is close to 21,00, a game.

2. On May 28, 2017, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act at the Busan Coastal Police Station located in the Busan Suwon-gu N around May 28, 201, as above.
