A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts

【Criminal Treatment and Custody Facts】 The Defendant and the requester for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter “Defendant”) filed a false report six times from August 14, 2009 to February 12, 2010; from February 15, 2010 to May 17, 2010; the Defendant and the petitioner for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter “Defendant”) had the record of receiving hospitalized treatment due to a mental fission that shows symptoms, such as over-the-spot and damage network, in the Dental Health Department located in Ansan-gu, the members of Ansan-si; and they interfere with the police officers’ legitimate performance of duties by deceptive means under the following conditions:

1. On December 14, 2013, at around 08:04, the Defendant called the 112 reporting center with the phone (F) installed at the Defendant’s residence in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, by making a false report to the 112 reporting center, the Defendant sent the police officers, including two patrols, who belong to the police box of the Dongdaemun-gu Police Station.

2. At around 12:41 on the same day, the Defendant sent the police officers, such as the patrol vehicles belonging to the distribution district unit in the Seocho-gu Police Station, the police special forces forces, etc., to the site, by making a false report on the “establishment of seven-line explosives” at the 112 reporting center using high speed terminal platforms 7-3 located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 19-3 from the public telephone (02-532-1084) installed therein.

3. At around 14:37 the same day, the Defendant sent the police officers belonging to the Seodaemun-gu Police Station by making a false report on the installation of explosives of the Diplomatic History Museum at the 112-report center by phoneing from the 2 line platform of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu 1715-9 at the 2 line platform of the Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu to the 112-report center of public telephone (070-7995-130) installed there.

4. At around 15:25 on the same day, the Defendant made a false report to the 112 reporting center by calls from the Industrial Bank located in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, at around 168-21, to the 112 reporting center, on “Diplomatic Department, all the world, and the Republic of Korea terrorist 1. Rabom.”
