Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, in the absence of any special reason to request a police officer to dispatch the facts, had the police officer feel to make a false report in 112 in mind of drinking alcohol and drinking for a 112.
Around 12:35 on May 26, 2012, the Defendant reported to the 112 reporting center by making phone calls from the Defendant’s handphone (D) to the 112 reporting center in a park on May 26, 2012, thereby obstructing the police officers in relation to crime prevention, civil petition treatment, etc. by having two retired juveniles go to the said park.
At around 17:48 on May 31, 2012, the Defendant: (a) called the 112 reporting center using a Handphone of the above Defendant in front of H apartment at the time of Silung-si; and (b) reported falsely, “The head was faced with a vehicle at the time of 2:0,000, and the head was faced with the vehicle at the time of 2:00,000; and (c) caused two police officers to move to the above place, thereby hindering the police officers from performing their legitimate duties in relation to crime prevention, civil petition treatment, etc.
On June 16, 2012, the Defendant reported at the 112 reporting center using the handphone of the above Defendant at Singu-si 1581, Sinsi-si, 1581, that “I am at the 112 reporting center” was false, and obstructed the execution of duties by police officers, such as M&, E, Police Officers, Police Officers, Police Officers, Quman, Police Officers, and Police Officers, and 30 police officers, such as C, Police Officers, and V, who were sent to the vicinity of Singu-si, the final location of the Defendant’s handphone, and sent approximately 12 hours at the 1512-day park, and the Yel Park in X, which is located adjacent to the Defendant’s park, for real-time search and tracking, and telecommunication investigation, thereby hindering the execution of duties by the police officers, etc.
