A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of ten months and by a fine of thirty thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2013. 3. 5.경 경기 수원시 소재 농협 문화로지점에서, “번호 C”, 액면 “100,000원”, 발행일 “2013. 3. 5.”, 지급지 “농협은행 문화로지점”으로 되어 있는 자기앞수표 1매를 미리 발급받은 다음, 2014. 4.경 스마트폰 어플리케이션 ‘즐톡’ 중고거래 사이트에서 삼성 레이저 프린터기를 38만원에 구입하여 10만원권 자기앞수표를 위조ㆍ행사하기로 마음먹었다.

1. On May 19, 2014, the Defendant violated the Illegal Check Control Act (hereinafter “Unlawful Check Control Act”) contained 100,000 won cashier’s checks issued as above for the purpose of exercising at the residence of No. 4301, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, U.S., and forged 25 copies of the cashier’s checks issued as above by printing them to the above Samsung Racker’s lap.

2. On January 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) promised to pay the price for the sexual traffic to the victim E located in Ulsan-gu E, Ulsan-gu; (b) made a sexual intercourse with the victim; and (c) issued three copies of the cashier’s checks, which were forged under the above paragraph (1), to the victim as if they were genuine.

Accordingly, the Defendant, as above, exercised three cashier's checks, 100,000 won, which are forged securities, and by deceiving the above victim, thereby avoiding the payment of the price for the above sexual traffic to the victim, acquired property profits equivalent to the same amount.
