A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of one million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 25, 2014, the Defendant violated the Control of Illegal Check Control Act: (a) requested and received 100,000 won cashier’s checks (M) at the L Branch of Korea Bank in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the first floor; and (b) forged 100,000 won cashier’s checks from that time by using a local copy machine located in the Defendant’s office located in the above K and the third floor; and (c) forging 10,000 won cashier’s checks by copying the front and back of the said cashier’s checks, from that time until November 25, 2014.

2. At around 19:00 on August 27, 2014, the Defendant exercised 100,000 won cashier’s checks, which were forged 13 times in total, from July 25, 2014 to November 25, 2014, as indicated in the attached Table 2, as shown in paragraph (1), as if the cashier’s checks were duly formed with 19:00,000 won, which were forged 13 times in total, as stated in the attached Table 2.

3. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

A. On August 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around August 27, 2014, contacted P through Qu, a sexual traffic brokerage site located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government N, with the price of sexual traffic at KRW 150,00 in return for sexual traffic; and (b) engaged in sexual traffic by having the said women go to his sexual organ by hand; and (c) engaged in sexual traffic by engaging in similar conduct.

B. On November 25, 2014, the Defendant, around November 25, 2014, engaged in sexual intercourses with the above women by setting forth 200,000 won as the price for sexual traffic to T having contacted through the above “ Q” from the Sel in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and engaging in sexual intercourses with those women.
