A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, “2018 Highest 342,” is a person who resides in the “E building” owned by D and located in Gyeong-gun C.

1. On June 20, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on June 20, 2018: (a) around 04:10 on June 20, 2018, up to the first floor of the above E E building, without any special reason, destroyed by the Defendant’s installation of the entrance entrance, which is equivalent to 150,000 won at the market price owned by the victim, with the stick in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.

3. On June 30, 2018, the Defendant, on the ground that, around 22:20 on June 30, 2018, the third floor of the building above E, the Defendant 22:20, 306 entrance doors and digital drawings owned by the victim D, 303 entrance doors and digital drawings, 303 entrance doors, digital paintings, 304 entrance doors and digital painting, 305 entrance doors and digital fingers, 306 entrance doors and fronts respectively, and damaged the said objects so that the repair cost amount of KRW 480,000,00.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

On July 9, 2018, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 08:35, the Defendant: (b) 1 Dong-dong of the smuggling detention center located in the north-west-west 124, Switzerland-ro, Switzerland-ro; (c) even though the Defendant requested a person working for the location to walk her to the victim I (40 years old) and to organize the living room, he/she was seated on the floor of the living room and did not comply with it; and (d) the victim was the door of the living room.
