A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who was de facto marital relationship B, avoided the passage of the Defendant without having contact with the Defendant, and tried to find B in the “E building” owned by the victim D located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, where B resided.

1. On November 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) entered the above E building on November 16, 2018, and 23:30, the Defendant: (b) destroyed the string door, which was a dangerous object in front of the Fho Lake; (c) destroyed the string door, which was a dangerous object in front of the Fho Lake; and (d) removed the string door to the G and then removed the string door.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the property owned by the victim D.

2. On November 17, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30 on November 17, 2018, the Defendant destroyed food waste bathers by throwing out food waste bat around the first floor of the above E building in a joint entrance door, and destroying food waste bathers by asking food waste into a joint entrance door; and (b) damaged the property owned by the victim D.

3. Crimes committed on November 25, 2018;

A. On November 25, 2018, at around 22:25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed special property damage; (b) the fire extinguishers, which is a dangerous object, was put in the joint entrance door of the first floor of the building in question; (c) obstructed the entrance door; and (d) went into the building in question; and (d) damaged the fire extinguisher, which is a dangerous object, in front of G, and then damaged the fire extinguisher, which is a dangerous object by moving to the Fho Lake, and then cut down the entrance door in a number of fire extinguishers, which is a dangerous object.

Accordingly, the defendant invadeds on the residence in which the victim H et al. resides, and destroyed the property owned by the victim D by carrying dangerous things.

B. The Defendant of intimidation

The crime described in paragraph (1) was arrested as a flagrant offender and led to the Seoul Gangseo Police Station I district.

On November 25, 2018, the Defendant, at around 23:30 on November 25, 2018, would die and throw away from the victim J, who manages the building E in the I Zone.
