A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:30 on September 28, 2019, at the residence of the victim C in Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) opened an unauthorized entrance and entered it; (c) opened an open door; and (d) opened an open door at the inside and outside of the inside, one wall in the amount of KRW 450,000,000 in cash, which is the cash owned by the victim who was the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and stolen the victim's property.

2. 2019 highest 5724;

A. On March 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) laid down bricks at the victim E’s house located in Gyeong-gun, not around 18:00 on March 20, 2019; (b) laid down a door door door door door door door door door door door door for the victim’s house; and (c) destroyed the victim’s market price at KRW 100,000.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place stated in the paragraph (1), destroyed the entrance glass, such as the date and time stated in the paragraph (1), and then removed the corrective device by inserting the hand into the house, and intrudes on the victim’s residence.

C. A thief: (a) the Defendant: (b) entered the victim’s house at the time and place, such as the date and time indicated in the paragraph (a); (c) 1/2 of all together in a small room room, which was located in the victim’s house; and (d) 14,000 won at the market price on the small room.

The Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s house at the time, place, such as the date, time, and place specified in the paragraph (a); (b) laid the clothes in the room blicked with the floor, and (c) laid the above clothes in his possession, and then laid the room 300,000 won at the market price by putting the above clothes in the room; and (d) put the flick on the hand, which was placed on a large room.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property.
