Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 18, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for the crime of assault at the Seoul Southern District Court for four months, and on January 11, 2019, the Daejeon District Court sentenced four months to the crime of interference with business, respectively, and on April 17, 2019, the execution of the said sentence was terminated at the Daejeon Prison.

1. Larceny;
A. From around 10:00 on December 28, 2019 to 14:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed the theft with a letter of “C” located in Gyeonggi Yang-si B; (b) one cellular phone in the market price of the victim D, and one cellular phone case in the victim’s name.
B. On January 6, 2020, at around 02:08, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with one cellular phone in the unclaimed city at the market price of the victim F owned by the victim F located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu; (b) one credit card in the name of the victim F; (c) one credit card in the name of the victim H bank; and (d) one credit card in the name of the victim H bank; and (e) one credit card in the corporate bank.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On December 28, 2019, around 13:19, the Defendant purchased one gold sheet at K store operated by the Government I of the Republic of Korea under J on December 28, 2019, and presented it to the victim as if there was a legitimate right of use, such as the foregoing paragraph 1(a), and had the victim pay KRW 516,00 of the gold sheet from around that time to December 29, 2019, the Defendant used a stolen physical card at least eight times in total, including as indicated in the List of Crimes (1) and obtained property or pecuniary benefits in total amount of KRW 2,067,700 of the market price.
B. On January 6, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:02, operated by the victim’s name in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City L, as “M”; (b) as if there was a legitimate right to use the bank’s cream card under the name of H that stolen, such as the above 1-B.
