Punishment of the crime

1. On May 21, 2019, at around 11:00 on May 21, 2019, the Defendant discovered that the C-T truck parkeded in the same area was not corrected, and entered the inside and on the part of the victim D, who was on the part of the assistant of the driver’s seat, the Defendant carried one driver’s license that was contained in the galtho-si 8 mobile phone and one credit card in the cellular phone case, and one driver’s license that was located in the galtho-si 8 mobile phone case, and one credit card.

2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act, around May 30, 2019, such as theft, fraud, attempted fraud, and violation of the said Act;
A. A. Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property.
B. On May 30, 2019, around 07:27, the Defendant: (a) presented to the victim K’s convenience stores operated by the victim K in the Y of the Y of the Hasan-si on May 30, 2019 that the Defendant purchased tobacco 1 A, and (b) presented it to the victim as if there was a legitimate right of use, as seen in the foregoing paragraph (a) and had the victim settle the tobacco 4,500 won. Accordingly, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 4,500 of tobacco 4,50, and used a stolen body card. (b) On May 30, 2019, the Defendant used the stolen body card to the victim’s employee who was not aware of his name at the e-mail bus ticket box located in the Dasan-si bus Terminal on May 30, 2019.
It presented as if there was a legitimate right to use the stolen H body card, such as paragraph (1), and caused the victim to pay 3,000 won of the bus price.
