A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philophone, hereinafter “philophones”) as follows:

1. On June 2018, the Defendant: (a) 21:00 early June 2018, 201: (b) Rophone medication was injected with B and her blood cells, respectively, by inserting approximately 0.04g or 0.06g of opon into a single-use injection machine with B, at the mutual influence in hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on hand-on, and dilutioned with natural water.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to administer philophones.

2. Trading and medication of philophones on June 16, 2018.

On June 16, 2018, the Defendant was willing to purchase a penphone with B, and around 13:00 on the same day, the Defendant transferred the amount of KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000, collected from a non-personal account designated by the seller of the penphone (EIDF) in Ansan-si, and purchased a penphone by means of finding approximately 1g of the penphone, which was concealed in advance, from the stairs of a house at a place where the address of Ansan-si is unknown at that time.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to sell philophones.

B. At around 14:00 on June 16, 2018, the Defendant, together with B, injected approximately 0.04g or 0.06g of philopon into a single-use injection instrument with B, and injected it into B and its blood transfusion respectively.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with B to administer philophones.

3. On June 2018, the Defendant: (a) 22:00 on the first half of June 2018, 2018, administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.06g of philophones into a single-use injection machine; and (b) dilution with clophones into the bloodline.

4. Trading and administration of philophones on June 27, 2018.

A. On June 27, 2018, the Defendant remitted 700,000 won to an account with no passbook designated by the JJ located in Ansan-si I at the same time.
