The defendant shall be sentenced to four months of imprisonment and eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes set forth in the ruling 2 and 3.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On May 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on May 10, 2013 at the Seoul Central District Court, which became final and conclusive on May 10, 2013 and is currently in the grace period.
【2014 Highest 1091】
1. Crimes committed before May 10, 2013;
A. (1) On April 2013, the Defendant purchased 1.84g of philopon (1) in the Defendant’s car parked on the road in front of the agricultural community located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, with a price of KRW 2.1 million and approximately KRW 1.84g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs in the single-use injection vehicle, (2) on May 2013, the Defendant purchased c with a price of KRW 1.1.6g of philopon, which was located in the first place in the Nam-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and the Defendant purchased philopon, respectively.
B. The Defendant offered philophones free of charge to D who introduced approximately 0.24g of philophones at the time, place, such as paragraph (1)(1) of Article 1, and offered 0.24g of philophones to D.
C. (1) The Defendant, on April 2013, 2013, injected a philophone into a single scopon injection machine for four occasions in a non-discopon telephone room located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and injected it into a body blood pipe after dilutioning it with a living water; (2) on the same date and time as, at the same place as, paragraph (1) above; (3) on the same day as, and at the same place, mixing the copon medication with a drinking beverage; and (4) on the same day, after putting the copon medication into a single scopon injection room in a new scopon injection room in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul; and (4) on the 15th anniversary of the scopon medication, scopon medication into a single scopon injection machine and scoponization with a single scopon into a single scopon injection machine, and (4) on May 2013.
