Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 7, 2010, Defendant A sentenced ten months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on May 7, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Busan Correctional Institution on June 22, 2011.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A

A. On May 18, 2013, around 18:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4g 30,000 gramphones containing six partitions in the single-use for the first time from the winners of his name (hereinafter “G”) in the vicinity of the Fsung Party in Songpa-gu Seoul.

B. On May 19, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendant, within the “IPC bank” toilet located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul, in a single-use injection machine, 0.1g of phiphonephones were stored in a single-use injection machine, dilutiond with raw water, and administered phiphones by means of injection into the bloodline.

C. At early 20:00 on May 2013, the Defendant, within the “IPC bank” toilet located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul, 2013, stored 0.1g of phiphones in a single-use injection machine, injected phiphones by means of injecting them into the arms bloodline, dilution them with biodilutions. D.

At around 20:00 on May 2013, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones into a one-time injection machine in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, dilution them with bio-velative water, and injection them into the spphones.

E. Around 20:00 on June 2, 2013, the Defendant, within the “IPC bank” toilet located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul, 201, stored 0.1g of phiphones in a single-use injection machine, injected phiphones by means of injecting them into the blood body and dilution them with raw water, and administered phiphones by means of injecting them into the blood body.

2. Defendant B

A. On July 8, 2012, around 22:30 on July 8, 2012, the Defendant diversating approximately 0.05g phiphones into a single-use injection machine at the mutual influence in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and diversating them with raw water, and injection them into the blood cells.
