A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on September 14, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in a medical prison.
1. Around 02:00 on December 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) went to the “E” operated by the victim D in Macheon-si; (b) went to the office in a way that all employees left the cresh and enter the fence by using any cresh; (c) intruded the office by entering the fence; and (d) went to the office in a way that the market price of the victim’s possession owned by the victim at that place is equivalent to the sum of KRW 200 km and KRW 100 km of the clothes cable.
2. Around 04:00 on December 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) went to and stolen the said “E”; (b) by going to the presence of all employees, the Defendant intruded the said D’s cash amounting to KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,

Around 02:00 on January 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) went to and stolen the instant “E”; (b) by creshing all employees out of the fences; (c) intruded into the cresh above the fence; and (d) 100 km of new shares owned by the said D at the same time, the market price of which is at least KRW 300,000,000,000 of the market price set up in the office; and (d) went to and stolen the Defendant’s mersh, one of whose employees
4. On January 9, 2014, around 02:45, the Defendant: (a) came to a construction site for the remodeling of the Moel in Macheon-si F; (b) went to the scene by using any cresh without a manager; and (c) intruded the victim G with approximately KRW 120,000,000, the market price of the victim G owned by the Defendant, thereby cutting off the line at approximately KRW 60,000,00,000.
5. Around 05:00 on January 10, 2014, the Defendant intruded into the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 4. Around 05:00, at the same time, within the same manner, the Defendant used approximately KRW 600,00,000 of the market price of the said G-owned on the first underground floor, and stolen the said G-owned at a brupt.
