Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On August 2016, 2016, the Defendant transferred KRW 500,000 to an unclaimed bank account, which was known by the unclaimed winner of the name of the person who was a business operator of the business of selling phiphones on the Internet, on the early August 2016. On the same day, the Defendant purchased KRW 50,000 by means of bringing about approximately 0.8 g of Meba (one philllllllllllllllllll (hereinafter referred to as “phillllllllllllllll”) a part of the DNA hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, located in the front of the D hotel in Gangnam-gu.

On the same day, around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.4g of the philopon by means of bringing about approximately 0.4g of the philopon that was put by the unclaimed winners in the public telephone boxes located in E in the southyang-si, Namyang-si.

3. Sale of Handphones.

A. On October 6, 2016, the Defendant sold phiphones: (a) around 22:50 on October 6, 2016, the Defendant 50,000 won from P that he/she became aware of through Internet site search in the Gwangju Metropolitan City Mine-gu M, and (b) on the part of half of the phiphones (the amount included in half of the philophones).
