A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence 1 through 4 shall be confiscated, respectively.

6. The defendant

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant treated narcotics, such as Metrophopopon (hereinafter referred to as philoopon, hereinafter referred to as “phiopon”), which is a local mental medicine, as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On December 4, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:55, transferred 400,000 won of philopon to the Agricultural Cooperative account used by a person who was aware of a smartphone (one name D) called “C” (hereinafter “C”), and purchased philopon by means of searching approximately 0.5g of philopon, which was left by the said person in the face of a postal object, around 23:30 on the same day.

B. On December 11, 2015, the Defendant, at around 23:02, remitted 400,000 won of philopon to the Agricultural Cooperative Account used by the above person without his/her name, and purchased philopon by finding approximately 0.5g of philopon, which was located near the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, in the box of a postal object in a main complex building located near the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, around 23:30 on the same day.

(c)

On December 18, 2015, the Defendant: (a) transferred 400,000 won of philopon to the Agricultural Cooperative Account used by the person in whose name was omitted; and (b) purchased philopon by means of searching approximately 0.5g of philopon, which was left by the person in whose name was omitted in Gangnam-gu Seoul, in the face of a postal object, around 23:00 on the same day.

On December 20, 2015, the Defendant, around 19:36, remitted 200,000 won of philopon to the Agricultural Cooperative Account used by the above person without his name, and purchased philopon by means of searching approximately 0.2g of philopon, which was left by the above person without his name, in 20:00 on the same day, in a house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E in a postal object box.

E. On December 26, 2015, the Defendant remitted 400,000 won of philopon to the Agricultural Cooperative Account used by the above person without his name, and around the same day, around the same day, the Defendant sent approximately 0.5g of philopon, sent via Kwikset service.
