Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

Seized evidence 2 through 35 shall be confiscated.

3.3.

Punishment of the crime

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. The Defendant: (a) around September 2017, the lower time of September 2017, at CKaf, located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to D with the purchase price for the Metetop (the Metophone; hereinafter “Metophone”); (b) transferred the said price to the account known to the seller of the Metophone; and (c) transferred the Metop to the account known to the seller of the Metophone; and (d) transferred the Metop to the A car volume by means of moving the Metop into the alley road and bringing about the Metop, which is hidden to the above part of the Plaintiff’s name, the Defendant took up approximately 1g of the Metop from the Metop (the Metophone; hereinafter “Metophone”); and (d) transferred the Metop to the account known to the seller of the Metophone.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones as above.

B. On September 29, 2017, around 21:00, the Defendant purchased penphones with D cash of KRW 800,000 and approximately 0.5g of philophones contained in vinyl paper, within the guest rooms of F hotel in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E.

around 14:00 on October 12, 2017, the Defendant sent 1,00,000 won in cash, which is the purchase price of phiphone, to D from the vicinity of the Mapo-gu Seoul building, using Kwikset Service. D transferred KRW 1,00,00 to a quasi-financial account by the nameless winner of HH “I” on October 12, 2017, and transferred KRW 1,00,000 to the quasi-financial account, and then received approximately 1g of the philopon in the vicinity of the Seoul Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by bringing the above nameless winner of the philopon. On October 19, 2017, the Defendant and D brought D from G around the building to the above Dolopon on October 19, 2017.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with D to purchase phiphones as above.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. The Defendant, around the first half of April 2017, 2017, inserted approximately 0.03g of philopon in the guest room of the K Telecom located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, with D, melted with water, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms.

B. The Defendant, on May 201, is Seoul around the first half of the year.
