A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

2,50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

No person other than a narcotics handler shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, deliver, receive, trade, arrange for trade of, or provide narcotics or psychotropic drugs.

Since then, the Defendant deposited one million won of the purchase price of a philopon with C account (Account Number Non) known to the above bearers, and the Defendant had approximately 0.6g of the philopon attached to the back of the public phone at the front of the E Post Office located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul) around the following day.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased a penphone, which is a local mental medicine, from a person who is not his name.

2. The Defendant offered approximately 0.3g of philophones purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph 1, to F’s residence in Seoul Special Metropolitan City G building H, the date bordering F, without compensation.

As a result, the defendant accepted F with a local mental medicine.

3. Around 23:00 on April 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) accessed “B” display lines, such as the foregoing paragraph 1; and (b) decided to contact the name influor with the name influor who posted a letter on the sales advertisement of narcotics, etc., similar to the foregoing paragraph 1, and to purchase the penphone and marijuana.

Since then, the Defendant deposited 1.5 million won of the purchase price of narcotics with C account (Account Number Non-Account Number) known to the above bearer, and then deposited the purchase price at the front of the E Post office located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City D on the following day.
