Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2013, at the private parking lot located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City around 06:30, the Defendant expressed that the victim D (ma, 60 years of age) complained against himself as a crime of intrusion upon his residence, and expressed that “Is the victim’s sexual ties, such as fingers, pigs, gue, and nis, grow up.” The Defendant publicly insultingd the victim as “Is the victim’s sexual ties, such as E, a neighboring resident, etc.
