Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2013, at around 23:25, the Defendant: (a) visited the C District District District, located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, with a taxi engineer D and the taxi fare trial cost to return home; and (b) requested the victim E (31 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the same District, to return home with the taxi cost, the Defendant, supra, acquitted the victim by referring “the victim” to “the victim is bit bit of a bitch bitch, governance, bitle, bitle, bitle, son,” who is a police officer belonging to the same District.
