A. (hereinafter) The instant insurance contract consists of “main insurance” and “special agreement for hospitalization at a disaster.” The main contents of the instant insurance contract are that: (a) 100 million won shall be paid with the death benefit in the event the insured dies due to a traffic accident on a holiday or becomes a first-class disability (hereinafter “traffic accident death benefit”); (b) 50 million won shall be paid with the death benefit in the event the insured dies due to a traffic accident other than a traffic accident on a holiday or becomes a first-class disability (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”); and (c) 50% of the amount of the death benefit in the event the insured suffers from a traffic accident on a holiday (hereinafter “general death benefit”); and (d) 50% of the amount
Article 7 (Designation of Representative) (1) If there are not less than two policyholders or beneficiaries, one representative shall be designated.
In such cases, the representative shall be the representative of each other contractor or beneficiary respectively.
(2) Where the representative under paragraph (1) has not been designated or the designated contractor or beneficiary's location is not certain, any act committed by a company against one contractor or beneficiary in connection with this contract shall also be binding on the other contractor or beneficiary, respectively.
