1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A is the husband of the network D (hereinafter “the deceased”), and Plaintiff B and C are the deceased’s children.

B. On January 10, 1996, the deceased and the Defendant concluded a contract for a large-scale indemnity insurance (class 3) with the deceased and the insured as the deceased (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

The main contents and terms of the instant insurance contract are as follows.

Article 7 (Reasons for Payment of Insurance Money) (1) of the General Insurance Money for Death of Class I (1) of the General Insurance Money for Death of the State Contract, which provides that the Corporation shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary (see attached Table 1) to the beneficiary at the time of the occurrence of any of the following causes to the insured at the time of death due to reasons other than cancer and disaster during the insurance period of the General Insurance Money for Death of Class I (10,000,000, or due to a cause other than traffic disaster during the insurance period of the General Insurance Money for Death of the State Contract.

2. When he/she dies due to any cause other than those prescribed in the attached Table 2 (Disaster Classification Table) (hereinafter referred to as "disaster"), or becomes a disability of class I in the disability classification table: Payment of the general death insurance proceeds;

3. When a disaster other than the traffic accident specified in the Schedule of Traffic Disaster Classification (hereinafter referred to as the "traffic accident") specified in the attached Table 5 occurs during the insurance period, or when a disaster of class I in the disability classification table occurs: The company may terminate this contract at the same time as it fails to pay insurance money or pay insurance money if the cause for the payment of insurance money occurs due to any of the following cases:
