1. The Defendant’s KRW 20,000,000 for the Plaintiff and the following: 5% per annum from November 12, 2013 to August 12, 2014;

The plaintiff completed the marriage report on February 25, 1971 with the non-party C (D) and the non-party E (F birth), G (H birth), and I (J birth) as his child.

Since 1988, C established and operated "K," a welfare facility for intellectual disabled persons, and three women, a intellectual disabled person, were living in the above "K" since that time.

On the other hand, C, on November 5, 2010, became a juristic person of the above "K," and completed the registration of incorporation of "K," which is a social welfare foundation C.

On November 25, 2010, the Defendant served as an assistant nurse at the above “K”. From around 2011, the Defendant sent L between C and C on March 21, 2012.
