1. Defendant A, Defendant B, and Defendant C’s violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) operate “K” jointly with Defendant B, who is one of the male residents of the above establishment, which is the business operator of the above establishment, and the lessee of the above establishment under a lease agreement, and the profits of the above establishment are divided with Defendant A. The above establishment is a person who jointly operates the above establishment with Defendant A. The defendant C directed the male customers who found the above establishment at the above establishment to the extent that the sexual intercourse with L, who are female employees, takes place. The defendant C is an employee of the above establishment, who caused the above L to enter the place of customer, and let the above L enter the place of sexual intercourse.

The Defendants conspired with the aforementioned L in collusion from October 30, 2012 to November 8, 2012, the Defendants received 110,000 won to 120,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from male customers who found the said place in K, and let the said L to have sexual intercourse with the said customers.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendants A and B’s violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act are joint operators of “N” and the above “K” in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M.

No credit card merchant may make a transaction by credit cards in the name of another credit card merchant.

Nevertheless, the Defendants conspired, from August 23, 2012 to November 8, 2012, entered the credit card sales of the said “K” into the credit card terminal at which the said “K was located,” and entered the business number of the said “N” into the credit card terminal.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to trade by credit card in the name of another credit card merchant.
