A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against intimidation is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On April 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of assault and death in the Gwangju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 24, 2014.

1. Interference with business;

A. On September 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as: (a) having been seated outside the “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (58 years of age, inn) of Gwangju Dong-gu; (b) having been seated outside the restaurant and drinking alcoholic beverages; and (c) having been talked into the restaurant; and (d) having the customers go through the restaurant, leading the restaurant door up to five minutes; and (e) flying sound.

B. On September 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force, such as asking for alcohol at the same place as “A” in the middle of May 2014, leaving a singularity, walking with a chair in a restaurant, preventing customers from entering the restaurant business for 10 minutes.

C. From around 15:00 on September 27, 2014 to around 17:00, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “I wish to die” at the same place as “A” and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by forcing the victim to avoid disturbance for ten minutes, thereby preventing customers from entering the restaurant business.

At around 15:00 on October 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid the chair at the same place as “A” and took a bath to read “Cexpule,” with the drinking value,” and obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by avoiding a disturbance for ten minutes.

E. On October 8, 2014, at around 15:30, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s street store business by force by avoiding disturbances for about five minutes, including: (a) the victim G (the 67 years of age, women) placed in front of the F of the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City in hand at a two-end street store operated by the victim G (the 67 years of age, women) so that they can fall from the floor by setting the strings; (b) the strings of the strings, walking the strings; and (c) the customers who want to purchase the horses in hand.

F. On October 8, 2014, the Defendant is in the Southern-gu Seoul metropolitan area H around 16:00.
