A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On April 2013, from around 19:00 to around 19:20, the Defendant: (a) expressed that “E” restaurant operated by the victim D, “E” (hereinafter omitted); (b) the Defendant, who requested the alcohol value at the victim D’s “E” restaurant, i.e., “Is the bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch, within a certain percentage; and (c) could not enter the restaurant; and (d) interfere with the female restaurant business by force.
B. On April 10, 2014, from around 19:00 to 19:30, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol in the “G” restaurant operated by the victim F of Echeon-si C (hereinafter omitted); and (b) took advantage of the large voice of “Chewing fewrop”, the Defendant: (c) deemed the fewro fe head; and (d) deemed the fewro fe head on the clothes; and (d) obstructed the operation of the fews by force of the fews, by making the fews inc
C. On June 1, 2014, from around 14:00 to 16:00 on June 2014, the Defendant expressed a bath to the influent customer “I restaurant” operated by the victim H of Echeon-si C (hereinafter omitted), which provides meals in the next customer’s table under the influence of alcohol, and obstructed the operation of a woman’s restaurant by force by the following customers, such as viewing the fluencing flap head flab on the floor, etc.
On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) 19:00 on the date from around 19:0 to 19:20 on October 19, 2014, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, prevented customers from entering the restaurant, by drinking in the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim JJ, such as viewing the urine in the clothes; and (b) prevented them from entering the restaurant, thereby obstructing women’s restaurant business by force.
