Reasons
Criminal facts
Some of the facts charged were corrected.
1. On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) indicated “F, U.S. E Housing Corporation,” “F., U.S. E.,” “F., U.S.,” “F., U.S. 153 million won in the contract price column; (b) December 12, 2016” in the date column; and (c) affixed a seal on F.F.’s name and affix a seal on the “F., U.S., Nam-gu, U.S., G, 203, and F.” in the order of the construction site for the standard contract for private construction works, using a black pen.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the standard contract for private construction works in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.
2. On April 14, 2017, the Defendant exercised the foregoing investigation document by submitting to the Ulsan District Court located in Ulsan District Court located in 55, a copy of the standard contract for private construction works in the name of F, together with evidence attached to the application form for provisional attachment of real estate in the name of H, as if it were duly constituted, to the employees of the Ulsan District Court, who may know of the fact.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;
1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
