Reasons
Criminal facts
1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime committed the crime committed by Defendant A and Defendant B as the head of the Doldong-gun D Child Care Center, and Defendant B as the relatives of Defendant A, and the Defendants conspired to receive subsidies from the private child care center teachers in Lldong-gun by falsely registering B as the E-B teachers of the Doldong-gun’s Child Care Center.
On January 8, 2016, the Defendants knew at the above D Child Care Center office that Defendant B cannot work as a teacher in charge of the child care center because Defendant B operated kic in another place. However, as if they were appointed as a teacher in charge of the child care center E, the Defendants filed a false report on the integrated child care system using a computer, and filed an application for the improvement of the working environment of teachers with Lldong in the integrated child care system in the same D Child Care Center office around January 1, 2016, and received subsidies from Daldong-gun for the improvement of the working environment of teachers to Defendant B from February 1, 2016 to the Doldong-gun’s account (F) and received subsidies in the same manner until October 20 of the same year, and received subsidies from 30,000,000 won, 100,000 won, 30,000,000 won, and 30,50,000 won, and 1,000.
As a result, the Defendants received false subsidies.
2. On March 2, 2016, Defendant A, at the above D Child Care Center office, was born by Maldong G (Li, 1) and was located in Maldong I, and the place of residence was located in Maldong City I, Defendant A, despite not ordinarily wishing to do so to the child care center, as if he were children who wished to attend the work normally, filed a report on the use of a computer and the registration of the childcare integration system with Lldong-gun, and filed an application for the simple cost of G with Lldong-gun using the childcare integration system at the same childcare center office around March 2, 2016.
