A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the narcotics, cocars, psychotropic drugs, Alfastro, MDMA (one name, EXM, hereinafter “EXM”), and marijuana, which are narcotics, respectively, as follows:

1. Purchasing marijuana;

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On August 2018, the Defendant: (a) posted the mashion of marijuana in Seoul and the first underground floor stedoo with the stedoo, stringing the mash and smoking the mashius along with E.

B. On December 25, 2018, the Defendant around 05:00 and around 2-A.
