A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. The Defendant who cultivated marijuana: From March 201, 201, he/she was a policeman.

A. On July 1, 2014, around 05:00, the Defendant, at a “F” restaurant located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul, operated by the Defendant, sent off the mashing weight of marijuana at the container’s cafeteria, and smokeed.

B. At around 21:00 on September 21, 2014, the Defendant, at the above “F” restaurant, smoked the following smokes, i.e., f., f., f., the f.b., the f. in which the f.m. inc.s.

4. At around 17:10 on September 26, 2014, the Defendant, holding marijuana, stored and possessed a total of 6.12 grams in the West located in the said “F” restaurant on a paper.

1. The confession and reflect of the crime for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act of the provisional payment order, and the punishment for one year of suspension of execution shall be imposed for a violation of the Cannabis Control Act of 1989.
