Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for up to eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, each of the above Defendants is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they dealt with the hemp as follows.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On February 18, 2019, at around 18:00, the Defendants: (a) attached the marith’s influencies of marijuana to the fluencies of the former Northwest-gun; (b) attached the marith influor infa; and (c) smoked marijuana by a method of spreading the names and influences of Sri Lankan’s nationality.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana.

B. On March 9, 2019, the Defendants: (a) around 18:00, around 18:00; (b) at the Defendants’ house located in G, the marith of marijuana, attached the frithic quantity of marijuana to the stringer with the stringer in the paper; and (c) smoked in the manner of spreading the smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to smoke marijuana.

2. Defendant A

A. On July 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around July 2, 2017, at the Fschool playgrounds in Incheon, destroyed the marith by a horse in the paper; and (b) smoked marijuana in a way of spreading with the names and weak boxes of Sri Lankan nationality in that place; and (c) flying the marith in a way of spreading the marith.

B. On November 15, 2005, the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act, as a foreigner of Sri Lankan nationality, entered the Republic of Korea to sojourn status E9 (Non-professional employment) and went on January 11, 2012, which was the expiration date of the period of stay, and stayed from that time in Korea until March 11, 2019.

3. On November 17, 2013, Defendant B entered the Republic of Korea as a foreigner with the nationality of Sri Lanka, and resided and stayed in the Republic of Korea until March 11, 2019, after April 30, 2014, the expiration date of the period of stay.
