A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

1. Around August 24, 2019, the Defendant posted a false statement to the effect that “D” bulletin boards on the Internet “D,” and that “I wish to send a cell phone on the face of deposit of money to the victim B who reported and contacted the above writing.”

However, even if the defendant receives money, he did not have the intent and ability to sell it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 1,515,00 from the victims seven times in total from August 17, 2019 to September 22, 2019, including the receipt of KRW 185,00 from the victim’s E-Union account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. Around August 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence, posted a letter to the effect that “gallonly S9 Plus mobile phones are sold” on the “D” bulletin board, and false statement was made to the effect that “the victim F who reported and contacted the above writing will send the money to the victim F. who sent the money.”

However, even if the defendant receives money, he did not have the intent and ability to sell it.

Nevertheless, around August 31, 2019, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 200,000 won from the E-Union account in the name of the Defendant from the victim and acquired it by transfer.
