Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received 530,00 won from the victim to the account of community credit cooperatives (J) in the name of the Defendant as the sales proceeds of mobile phone devices on the same day as above, and acquired property worth KRW 7,581,500 in total on 29 occasions from April 4, 2013 to March 24, 2014 as shown in the attached crime list (1).

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

1. The Defendant, at around 15:20 on May 8, 2013, sent a false statement to the effect that “50,000 won is to be deposited in the game item if the Defendant deposited KRW 50,000 to the victim,” on the Internet Nene “L” bulletin board, the Defendant sent a false statement to the effect that “50,000 won is to be inserted in at least 20 won per unit” to the victim.

However, since the defendant did not possess a game item, even if he receives the money from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to transfer the game item.

The Defendant received 50,000 won from the victim’s account of community credit cooperatives (J) in the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price for the sale of items on the same day.

2. The Defendant committing the crime against the victim M is located in N in the territory of the Cheongju on May 10, 2013.
