Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 17, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

On April 12, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 8497,” sent to the Internet site “China Highest Rona” page by accessing the Internet site at the PC room located in Busan (hereinafter referred to as the “Salgalthrogate”) and sent to 1,50,000 won, and 280,000 won to 2,000 won. The Defendant reported that “The Defendant would deliver money to G with convenience store if he transfers money to her.”

However, there was no intention or ability to deliver money even if you receive money from the victim because jugal lux does not have S3 mobile phones.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 280,00 from the victim on April 12, 2014, and then, received KRW 280,00 from the victim. From around that time to September 22, 2014, by deceiving the victims by the same method 14 times in total, as shown in attached Table 1 of Crimes List 1, and acquired it by deceiving the victims.

around June 6, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 9557, the Defendant, using a computer on the Internet site’s “China Highest Ba” camera, sent to 180,000 won and 340,000 won to 1st unit of Samsung Ggalth, which was received as a gift from an apartment occupancy, and then sent 340,000 won to the victim H who reported and contacted, “340,000 won, if deposit KRW 340,00,000, S3 mobile phones will be sent.”

The Defendant, as above, by deceiving the victim, received 340,000 won from the victim on the same day.
