1. However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not intend to transfer the game money.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 112,00 from the victim to the J bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day.

In this respect, the defendant deceivings victims more than twice in total and acquired a total of 280,000 won.
