A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as captain of C, who is the shipper of the port of the Dong-dong, conspired to capture mincing and mincing the crew D, E, F, and G captain of G, who is the shipper of the same port, with H, crew I, etc.

3. The Defendant, together with D, E, and F, on April 5, 2016, on board C at around 03:30, 2016, on the part of the Defendant, and all Yong-Nam-gun.
